Lifeline’s four strategic goals |
Extract Lifeline has a set of 4 strategic goals. Each of these goals has a clear focus: – Service Development Each goal is dependent on the other goals for its successful achievement. They are an integrated set. Alongside our mission and our purpose, our 4 strategic goals are readily communicable to our workforce and our volunteers. Our 4 goals will, therefore, help provide strategic clarity and focus and will open up Lifeline’s work to our key stakeholders, including the public, our commissioners and partners and, most importantly our beneficiaries. Our strategic goals inform the prioritisation and integration of different areas of work in different parts of the organisation. They will enable our governance systems to measure progress in each of the 4 areas and will assist in the deployment of key responsibilities across Lifeline.
